Shipments and Returns Information:
Shipments:
Orders from Movetronix Online Shop that are in stock (not PRE-ORDERED or on backorder) are dispatched within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation from Monday to Friday, provided the articles are in stock in the Movetronix Warehouse.
Products marked as PRE-ORDER on the product page are not physically in stock at the Movetronix warehouse and are temporarily unavailable (Status: Backorder).
In case of PRE-ORDERED products, Movetronix reserves the right to restock these products and postpone shipping for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
No compensation or partial refund will be issued for delayed shipments. However, the customer has the right to request a full refund at any time during the backorder period.
The customer will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the Status of the order is marked as "Shipped", within 48 hours starting from the moment it has been shipped, the tracking should start working.
Shipping Duration:
Shipping duration depends on the buyer's location and the chosen carrier. Estimated transport times. starting from the day of shipment) are as follows:
Italy : 2-3 business days
European Union: 2-7 business days
Worldwide (Outside EU): 5-20 business days
No refund or compensation is possible for delayed shipments.
Returns:
If you need to ship products back to the Movetronix Warehouse, please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the transport fees.
Right to Inspect the Product
Customers have the right to inspect the purchased product and handle it as they would in a physical store.
Condition of Returned Products
If the product has been installed, used, or shows signs of wear, Movetronix reserves the right to issue only a partial refund. Products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold as new.
Partial Refunds
In cases where the product shows visible imperfections or damage, Movetronix will evaluate the return on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the product.
Wheel Sets
Ordered Wheel Sets are always customized and build especially for you, therefore return policy can not be applied on any of the purchased wheel sets.
