Movetronix specializes in the sale of LED Headlights, Lighting Accessories, Stuntparts, and other motorcycle accessories.
4. LED Headlights Specifications
a. All LED products supplied by Movetronix, must be connected to a 12V Direct Current (DC) power source.
b. Warranty coverage will not apply to damage caused by the use of power sources other than 12V DC for LED products.
5. Intended Use and Legal Restrictions
a. All Products sold by Movetronix are intended for racing use only are not legally usable on public roads, except if specifically described as "Street legal".
6. Responsible Use
a. Movetronix encourages customers to use our products responsibly and in accordance with local laws and regulations. We emphasize the importance of safe riding practices.
b. The use of all products sold by Movetronix is at the customers own risk.
7. Ordering and Payment
a. The process for placing orders, accepted payment methods, and related terms are outlined on our website.
b. Prices are subject to change without notice.
c. By clicking the "Order" button, the customer places a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
d. All prices in the online shop are inclusive of the applicable value-added tax and exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the respective place of delivery and will be communicated to the customer before the conclusion of the order.
8. Shipping and Delivery
a. Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery time depends from the location and chosen carrier. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made from Movetronix's warehouse. If delivery to the customer fails because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
b. Movetronix reserves the right to limit the quantities of products that can be purchased.

10. Returns and Refunds
a. The customer’s rights regarding returns and refunds are governed by the applicable European regulations on consumer protection and distance selling.
b. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, to qualify for a refund. Any item that shows signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
c. Movetronix reserves the right to refund just a part of the total price, depending on the signs of wear or use.
d. Customized or personalized products are excluded from the return policy.
e. In case of a return for repairs or warranty claims, the customer will bear the transportation costs unless otherwise agreed.
f. If a product arrives with visible damage, the customer must take clear photos of the damage and contact our customer support BEFORE installing or using the product.
11. Pre-Order & Backorder
a. Products marked as PRE-ORDER on the product page are not physically in stock at the Movetronix warehouse and are temporarily unavailable (Status: Backorder).
b. In case of PRE-ORDERED products, Movetronix reserves the right to restock these products and postpone shipping for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
c. No compensation or partial refund will be issued for delayed shipments. However, the customer has the right to request a full refund at any time during the backorder period.

19. Force Majeure
Movetronix will not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, Movetronix reserves the right to cancel or delay orders.
20. Customer Responsibilities
a. Customers are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of purchased products with their vehicles. Movetronix does not guarantee compatibility.
b. The installation of our products must be performed by a qualified professional. Movetronix will not be responsible for damages caused by improper installation.
21. Age restrictions
Our products are intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Movetronix reserves the right to cancel orders placed by individuals who do not meet this requirement.
22. Product Quality and Imperfections
a. Each product undergoes quality control, our Headlights even undergo functional testing before being shipped.
b. Movetronix strives to provide high-quality products. However, minor imperfections or variations in materials, color, or finish may occur due to the manufacturing process. These do not affect the functionality or performance of the product and are not considered defects.
c. Customers should contact Movetronix for any concerns about significant defects or damages that impair the product's intended use. In such cases, Movetronix will evaluate the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our warranty policy.
23. Product Pictures
a. The color and shape of the purchased products may vary slightly from the pictures shown. If the product pictures differ from the selected option, the name of the selected option will determine what is added to your order.
b. All product images are the intellectual property of "Movetronix GmbH" and cannot be used without explicit permission.
23. Graphics Kits and customized printing products
For graphics kits and printed products that Movetronix offers, refunds are only possible in case of proven production or printing errors caused by Movetronix, and only if you notify us within 14 days from receiving the goods, with clear photos and order details. No refunds are given for any other reason: this includes wrong or change-of-mind purchases of personalized products, incorrect application/installation, or products that can reasonably be corrected by trimming or adapting the graphics during application. Digital printing allows a wide colour range, but cannot always reproduce the exact OEM vehicle colours, so we cannot accept liability for small colour tone differences; some colours, especially fluorescents, can change with sunlight/UV exposure and this is not considered a defect. Colour shades can also vary between production batches and order dates, so for best colour consistency we recommend ordering all matching parts together. Once you approve the final design/proof, you take responsibility for any errors that were not detected at that stage (names, numbers, colours, logos, model/year info, etc.), and we cannot accept later complaints about them. As these are adhesive graphics, coverage and cut precision cannot be compared to full wrapping films or paintwork. The sales contract is considered completed when payment is made; after placing the order you have 14 days to request changes and to approve the draft—if you do not approve within this time, the order may be cancelled and any deposit will not be refunded. Every sale is automatically subject to these general terms and conditions, even if not explicitly accepted, and no different terms apply unless Movetronix has agreed to them in writing.
