What is 3.1 Technology?
It combines the advanced 4.0 Multi-color RGBW Angel Eye with the 3.0 High Beam in one unit.

It is fully compatible with our AC/DC Converter, allowing it to be used even on bikes without a battery. Additionally, you get the same stunning multicolor animations as with our 4.0 models – the best value at an accessible price!

This product does not comply with public traffic regulations and can´t be used legally on public roads. The headlight may have an E-Mark sign on the glass, however due to modifications it is not street legal.

Attention! Due to it’s power limitation, it cannot be used with any 4.0 Headlight, HexBeam and RaptorEye PRO Headlights.

1. If the headlight has never worked, you probably just need to check and change toe position of the wires in the connector of the headlight, as your bike maybe has a different pin layout in the connector than others. If it still not works, you need to make sure that you have purchased and always used the Add-On Products that are required for your bike. If you don´t manage to make your product work then contact our customer support.
2. The product stopped working or is not working correctly: Just Unpin the pins from the connector and test the product directly on a 12V Battery (the orange slip on the headlight shows the function of every cable depending on its color). If High beam or RGB does not work, contact our support centre by telling Order Number and explaining what has happened.
Standard Warranty is 6 months, it covers all the electrical components of the headlight in case of malfunctioning or failure that are directly connected to the manufacturing process. Any modification to the wiring, removal of the back cover or unauthorized modifications voids warranty. Our Headlights are hand made and small imperfections are unavoidable.
There is the possibility to purchase the Extended Warranty on the Headlight, that extends the mentioned warranty from 6 months to 12 months starting from the date of purchase.
