Are your headlights road legal or TÜV approved?

Our RGB Headlights are not road legal or TÜV certified, however we have the X-Beam and Raptoreye Headlight series that is fully road legal and usable in the EU; please check local regulations before use on public roads.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Take photos of the product and packaging and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange replacement or refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Products in stock → shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will find a specific time to ship on the product page if it differs from the standard timing.
  • Products on PRE-ORDER / Backorder → delivery may take up to 60 days.
How can i track my shipment?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive both an email and a Whatsapp message with a tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours after shipping.

What’s the difference between Loccis Eye 1.0 3.0, 3.1, 4.0 and HexBeam? 

  • 1.0 → first generation, white-only Angel Eye, the original design, less strong high beam then 4.0  

  • 3.0 → first RGB model, monochrome, standard high-beam, can be used with AC/DC Converter 

  • 3.1 → Advanced multi-color RGBW Ring (4.0), true white LED channel, standard-high-beam, can be used with AC/DC Converter 

  • 4.0 → same 3.1 RGBW ring, newest technology, Super-strong high-Beam (40W), integrated fan-ventilation system, need to be powered over battery. 

  • HexBeam → same features as 4.0, new aggressive Hexagonal Design 

  • Heart version: Available on request à We can produce it for your bike on request

Do you sell spare parts of headlights?

We don’t sell spare parts, since replacements need to be performed by a professional.
