      What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

      Take photos of the product and packaging and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange replacement or refund.

      Is the Headlight compatible with my bike?

      All our Headlights require 12 DC Current to work. 

      • 50cc → Not compatible (new AC/DC Converter for 50cc bikes available soon) 

      • Bikes with battery (carbureted) → Purchase our Battery Wiring. 

      • Bikes with battery (fuel-injected) → Plug & Play installation. (50cc models not compatible) 

      • Bikes without battery (only certain models) → With our AC/DC Converter (only for Loccis Eye 3.1, 3.0, 1.0, Raptor Eye [except PRO], and X-Beam).

      I HAVE A 50 CC BIKE CAN I USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS?

      NO, BUT IF YOU HAVE A 50CC BIKE WITH A BATTERY YOU CAN CONNECT THE HEADLIGHT WITH OUR BATTERY WIRING.

      Which headlights is the AC/DC Converter compatible with? 

      Attention! Due to it’s power limitation, it cannot be used with any 4.0 Headlight, HexBeam and RaptorEye PRO Headlights. 

      It is only compatible with: 

      • Locciseye 3.0, 3.1, 1.0 

      • Raptor Eye (Not Pro versions) 

      • X-Beam (All Models) 

      • OEM Headlights 

      Soon Movetronix will launch a New AC/DC Converter that can handle all the Movetronix Headlights Plug and Play!

      What happens if my Headlight does not work?

      1.  If the headlight has never worked, you probably just need to check and change toe position of the wires in the connector of the headlight, as your bike maybe has a different pin layout in the connector than others. If it still not works, you need to make sure that you have purchased and always used the Add-On Products that are required for your bike. If you don´t manage to make your product work then contact our customer support. 

      2. The product stopped working or is not working correctly: Just Unpin the pins from the connector and test the product directly on a 12V Battery (the orange slip on the headlight shows the function of every cable depending on its color). If High beam or RGB does not work, contact our support centre by telling Order Number and explaining what has happened.

      My headlight doesn’t work or broke – what does the warranty cover?

      Standard Warranty is 6 months, it covers all the electrical components of the headlight in case of malfunctioning or failure that are directly connected to the manufacturing process. Any modification to the wiring, removal of the back cover or unauthorized modifications voids warranty. Our Headlights are hand made and small imperfections are unavoidable. 

      There is the possibility to purchase the Extended Warranty on the Headlight, that extends the mentioned warranty from 6 months to 12 months starting from the date of purchase.
