Shipments:

Orders from Movetronix Online Shop are dispatched within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from Monday to Friday, provided the articles are in stock in the Movetronix Warehouse.

Returns:

If you need to ship products back to the Movetronix Warehouse, please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the transport fees.

  • Right to Inspect the Product
    Customers have the right to inspect the purchased product and handle it as they would in a physical store.

  • Condition of Returned Products
    If the product has been installed, used, or shows signs of wear, Movetronix reserves the right to issue only a partial refund. Products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold as new.

  • Partial Refunds
    In cases where the product shows visible imperfections or damage, Movetronix will evaluate the return on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the product.

Shipping duration depends on the buyer's location and the chosen carrier. Estimated transport times. starting from the day of shipment) are as follows:

Italy Express Shipping: 48 hours

European Union Express Shipping: 2-5 days

Worldwide (Outside EU): 5-20 days
